Application Process

• Participate in parent interview and tour of school

• Submit a completed Application Packet

• Provide a current psycho-educational evaluation (within the last 2 years)

• Student participation in 2 to 3 “Days at Epiphany”

• Student participates in a regular school day in their current grade (including classroom and physical education activities).

• Student will attend from 8:15-2:45pm.

• Students bring their own snack and lunch.

• Non-refundable application fee of $250
