My favorite teacher from my past:

Mrs. Connell, She was an amazing English teacher. She pushed me beyond what I thought were my “limits” and always challenged me to think about a question in more detail. She was an amazing woman, and went on to become a lawyer fighting for teachers rights and compensation in Raleigh. 2 years after she finished her schooling she was diagnosed with ALS and passed away a year later. She was truly an incredible woman.
